Skills and experience: Vikrant has a strong track record in diverse markets – Infrastructure, Building systems, Aviation, Defense, Space, and over 25 years of global experience with major multinational companies across USA, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Career experience: Prior to assuming the role, Vikrant was Managing Director of Smiths Detection in India, a leading supplier of screening technologies to aviation, ports and urban customers. Before Smiths, Vikrant was the India Country Head for US based Harris Corporation, where he grew the business from start-up to full scale operation. Vikrant started his career with United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he worked for over 16 years in a broad array of Engineering, Operations, Supply chain, and General management roles in Asia Pacific and the United States.
Skills and experience: Priya has over 20 years of cross-cultural commercial experience in leading P&L, Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, Channel Management and Key Account Management. In her previous role, she has been responsible for growth in India, South-East Asia and Africa.
Career experience: Priya holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and an M.Tech from RIT, Jamshedpur. Her last role prior to joining Smiths Detection was as Business Head at AkzoNobel, a Dutch multinational which creates paints and performance coatings for both industry and consumers worldwide. Prior to that she held leadership roles at Eaton Technologies and Tata Motors.
Skills and experience: Satish is responsible for managing all sales, repair and service activities, and deploying a strategic growth plan for John Crane India, as well as developing and implementing a strong sales and service network in the region.
Career experience: Since joining John Crane in 2001, Satish has held various sales and service roles, as well as serving as Turbomachinery Manager for John Crane India. Prior to current Managing Director position, Satish held General Manager position for the Middle East Region covering Qatar, Kuwait, & Oman for several years, where he was responsible for managing the sales and service network, while also developing and deploying growth strategies to maintain market leadership. Overall, Satish holds almost 30+ years of industry experience in the Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas industry.
Skills and experience: Roopesh joined Flex Tek in February 2010 as a Production Engineer and has since risen to a leadership position within the company. In his current role, he oversees the business operations at Titeflex Aerospace India and provides strategic guidance and direction
Career experience: Roopesh has about 18 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing and Operations spread across Aerospace, Automotive, Solar, Metal Induction molding industries, of which 13 years were with the Smiths Group Flex-Tek division. He is a Green belt in Six sigma from the Indian Statistical Institute. He has been instrumental in promoting the continuous improvement of the Lean and Safety culture at Titeflex Aerospace.
Skills and experience: Shyam has been leading Smiths Interconnect India since 2019. He is an enterprising and customer-focused Sales leader with a natural ability to build new business and forge loyalty with clients. He established Sales, CSR and Finance teams to manage all Indian customers in compliance with local laws.
Career experience: Shyam has over 20 years of experience across segments like Aerospace & Defense, Space, Medical and Test & Measurement in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication. Over his tenure at Smiths, he has successfully managed business transactions with all Govt PSUs (within Defense, Space & Aerospace, and Rail markets). Shyam has also managed business segments of Connectors and Focum Business in India.
Skills and experience: Sujata joined the team in 2019 and led the team at Smiths Detection India, before taking over her latest role as Head of Human Resources for Smiths India.
Career experience: Dedicated to fostering positive and high-performing workplaces, Sujata holds a BA Masters in Business Administration and a Post Graduate HR Certificate from XLRI, Jamshedpur. These qualifications showcase her commitment to continuous learning. Previously, as the HR Business Partner for Service & Sales at Emerson Electric, she honed her global strategic acumen.
